Blowing Dust Advisory issued March 18 at 10:37AM MDT until March 18 at 8:00PM MDT by NWS Albuquerque NM

* WHAT…For the High Wind Warning, west winds 40 to 50 mph with
gusts up to 75 mph expected. For the Blowing Dust Advisory,
visibility between one-quarter and one mile in blowing dust
expected.

* WHERE…Eastern Lincoln County and Southwest Chaves County.

* WHEN…For the High Wind Warning, until 3 AM MDT Wednesday. For
the Blowing Dust Advisory, until 8 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are expected. Travel will be hazardous, especially
for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Blowing dust will make travel dangerous near
dust-prone locations.
