one-quarter and one mile in blowing dust expected. For the Wind
Advisory, west winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE…A portion of western Texas.

* WHEN…For the Blowing Dust Advisory, from noon today to 1 AM CDT
Wednesday. For the Wind Advisory, from noon today to 4 AM CDT
Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.
Strong winds will be hazardous to trailers and other high-profile
vehicles. Gusty winds may blow around unsecured objects.
