* WHERE…The island of Kauai in Kauai County.

* WHEN…Until 815 PM HST.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in
streams.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 633 PM HST, radar and automated rain gauges indicated
additional moderate to heavy rain are decreasing over the
island of Kauai. Rain was falling at a rate of 0.5 to 1.5
inches per hour. Elevated water levels continue to flow in
local streams.
