Showers and thunderstorms initialize along the coastal sea breeze, increasing in coverage along the East Coast (25-35% chance of rain); any thunderstorm could be strong to locally severe . The Storm Prediction Center (SPC) is outlooking a Marginal Risk for Severe Weather (level 1 of 5) along and north of the I-10 corridor as ingredients are slightly more supportive for strong to severe thunderstorms this afternoon. The
