…The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in New
York…

Black River At Watertown affecting Jefferson and Lewis Counties.

For the Black River…including Watertown…Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Black River from the flats area in Lewis County downstream
to Watertown.

* WHEN…Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 10.0 feet, Flood stage, farmland flooding begins in
the Flats with some roads flooded. Minor damages to riverfront
commercial properties in Dexter.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 3:30 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 9.35 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of around
the flood stage of 10.0 feet Wednesday evening. It will then
fall below flood stage early Thursday morning.
– Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
