Carolina…

Fishing Creek At Enfield affecting Nash, Halifax and Edgecombe
Counties.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Fishing Creek at Enfield.

* WHEN…Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS…At 16.0 feet, Minor flooding begins. Minor overflow
occurs on both banks.
At 18.0 feet, Moderate flooding begins. Fishing Creek floods a
broad expanse of marsh and farmland.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:00 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 16.7 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:00 AM EDT Tuesday was 16.7 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early tomorrow morning and continue falling to 6.4 feet by
Sunday morning.
– Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

The largest significant waves will be 4 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 5 feet. * WHERE...Outer Saginaw Bay SW of Alabaster to Port Austin MI to Inner Saginaw Bay and Inner Saginaw Bay SW of Point Au Gres to Bay Port MI. * WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 7 PM EDT Monday with the largest waves expected around 11 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
