High Wind Warning issued March 18 at 1:58AM MDT until March 18 at 12:00PM MDT by NWS Salt Lake City UT

* WHAT…Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to around 50 mph.
Isolated gusts to around 60 mph possible near the Raft River
Mountains

* WHERE…Great Salt Lake Desert and Mountains.

* WHEN…Until noon MDT today.

* IMPACTS…High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
high profile vehicles and vehicles with trailers.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Strong cross winds can be expected along I-80
across western Utah, and especially along Highway 30 near the Raft
River Mountains where winds will likely be strongest.
