* TIMING…From 10 AM MDT /11 AM CDT/ to 8 PM MDT /9 PM CDT/
Tuesday.
* WINDS…Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…As low as 8 to 10 percent.
* IMPACTS…Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.

* Additional Details…A wind shift is forecast to occur during
the late afternoon into the evening hours to the northwest
where winds may increase further. Blowing dust is possible
