* TIMING…From 11 AM this morning to 8 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Any fire that develops will catch and spread
quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* WIND…Southwest at 15 to 25 mph with gusts over 40 mph
possible.

* HUMIDITY…As low as 20 percent.
