* IMPACTS…Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Onshore winds and seas will increase today
and peak during the overnight hours tonight.

Rip currents can pull swimmers and surfers out to sea. Waves can wash people off beaches and rocks, and capsize small boats nearshore.
