up to 40 mph expected. For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds
25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.

* WHERE…Lyon County.

* WHEN…For the Wind Advisory, from 9 AM this morning to 4 AM CDT
Wednesday. For the High Wind Warning, from 4 AM to 7 PM CDT
Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around
unsecured objects. Small tree limbs could be blown down too.
Isolated power outages may result.
