* WHAT…Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 8 and 14
inches, mainly above 8500 feet in elevation. Winds gusting as high
as 45 mph.

* WHERE…Sierra Madre Range and Snowy Range.

* WHEN…Until 6 AM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Outdoor recreation could become life threatening to
those caught unprepared for severe winter conditions. Hikers and
snowmobilers may easily become disoriented. Frostbite and
hypothermia can develop quickly. Widespread blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility and lead to dangerous travel
conditions.
