Winter Storm Warning issued March 18 at 8:41AM MDT until March 19 at 12:00AM MDT by NWS Billings MT

* WHAT…Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8
inches, greatest near the Montana-Wyoming state line and in the
Wolf Mountains. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE…Bighorn Canyon, Southern Big Horn, Carter, Powder River,
and Southern Rosebud.

* WHEN…Until midnight MDT tonight.

* IMPACTS…Falling and blowing snow will make travel difficult,
especially along Interstate 90 south of Lodge Grass and along
Highway 212 in south-eastern Montana. The hazardous conditions
will impact the morning and evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The greatest snow accumulations will occur on
grassy surfaces. Roads could become slushy and slick.
