* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and
3 inches. Northerly winds 30 to 40 mph gusting as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE…Blaine, Brown, Rock, and Thomas Counties.

* WHEN…From 1 AM to 2 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute. Strong
winds could cause tree damage.
