Winter Storm Watch issued March 18 at 3:11AM EDT until March 20 at 8:00AM EDT by NWS Marquette MI

* WHAT…Heavy snow and light freezing rain possible. Total snow
accumulations between 4 and 12 inches with isolated amounts to 15
inches possible in the higher terrain of Marquette and Baraga
Counties. Ice accumulations up to five hundreths of an inch
possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph near Lake Superior.

* WHERE…A portion of central and eastern Upper Michigan.

* WHEN…From late tonight through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
