impossible at times.

between 1 and 3 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 65
mph.
* WHERE…Portions of northern, central and southwest Iowa.
* WHEN…From 7 AM to 10 PM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS…The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may
down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Whiteout
conditions are possible and may make travel treacherous and
potentially life-threatening. Travel could be very difficult.
Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute.
