Winter Weather Advisory issued March 17 at 2:01PM MDT until March 19 at 6:00AM MDT by NWS Grand Junction CO

* WHAT…Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations
between 6 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph will
create areas of blowing and drifting snow.

* WHERE…Elkhead and Park Mountains, Flat Tops, Gore and Elk
Mountains/Central Mountain Valleys, Grand and Battlement Mesas,
and West Elk and Sawatch Mountains.

* WHEN…From 6 AM Tuesday to 6 AM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could become difficult. Plan on icy to snow
packed road conditions. Visibility may be reduced to under one
half of a mile at times in snow and blowing snow.
