locally higher amounts in the Manti-Skyline and high Uintas. Winds
gusting as high as 65 mph on exposed ridgelines in the
Manti-Skyline area.

* WHERE…Central Mountains, Wasatch Plateau/Book Cliffs, and
Western Uinta Mountains.

* WHEN…Until 9 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Winter driving conditions are expected. Traction law
restrictions may be enacted.
