Ridge. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…In Nebraska, Dawes County and Northern Sioux County. In
Wyoming, Niobrara County.

* WHEN…From 3 PM this afternoon to 6 AM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow could reduce visibility and lead
to slick road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Rapidly dropping temperatures this afternoon
and evening may lead to a flash freeze.
