* WHEN…Until 3 AM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel
treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery
road conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly
reduce visibility. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree
damage.
