Blizzard Warning issued March 19 at 11:09AM CDT until March 19 at 2:00PM CDT by NWS Hastings NE

* WHAT…Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to
two inches will be possible. Northerly winds gusting near 60 to 65
mph at times.

* WHERE…Portions of north central Kansas and central and south
central Nebraska.

* WHEN…Until 2 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile
due to falling and blowing snow. The strong winds and weight of
snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic
power outages. Plan on hazardous conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Despite the wet nature of the snow, very
strong winds will cause at least some blowing and drifting snow,
with significant snow drifts possible across parts of the local
area.
