Blizzard Warning issued March 19 at 12:19AM MDT until March 19 at 12:00PM MDT by NWS Goodland KS

* WHAT…Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between
2 and 4 inches. Locations east of Highway 25 could see an
additional 4 to 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of east central and northeast Colorado, northwest
and west central Kansas, and southwest Nebraska.

* WHEN…Until noon MDT /1 PM CDT/ today.

* IMPACTS…The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may
down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Whiteout
conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and
potentially life-threatening. Visibilities will drop below 1/4
mile due to falling and blowing snow. Plan on slippery road
conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday
morning commute. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
