* WHAT…Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
between 2 and 4 inches, with isolated amounts over 5 inches across
northwest Republic County. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph.

* WHERE…Cloud, Ottawa, Republic, and Washington Counties.

* WHEN…From 7 AM this morning to 4 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute. Very strong winds
could cause extensive tree damage.
