…The National Weather Service in Paducah KY has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Kentucky…

Green River at Calhoun.

.Recent heavy rain has caused the Green River to rise. It is now
forecast to rise above flood stage at Calhoun Thursday afternoon,
cresting at 23.1 feet Thursday evening.

For the Green River…including Calhoun…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Green River at Calhoun.

* WHEN…From Thursday afternoon to early Saturday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 22.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 23.1 feet tomorrow
evening. It will then fall below flood stage Friday evening.
– Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
