* WHAT…Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 70 mph.

* WHERE…In Colorado, Cheyenne County. In Kansas, Greeley, Logan,
Wallace, and Wichita Counties.

* WHEN…Until noon MDT /1 PM CDT/ Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
high profile vehicles. Blowing dust has begun to diminish allowing
the advisory to expire. There is a small threat for another surge
of dust this evening, so stay alert for any additional warnings.
