High Wind Warning issued March 19 at 4:31AM PDT until March 19 at 5:00PM PDT by NWS Medford OR

* WHAT…South winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected
with gusts up to 70 mph in the headlands.

* WHERE…Curry County Coast and South Central Oregon Coast. This
includes portions of highway 101, especially exposed areas and
also Cape Blanco and Cape Arago. Cities include Reedsport, North
Bend, Coos Bay, Bandon, Port Orford, Nesika Beach, Gold Beach,
Pistol River and Brookings.

* WHEN…Until 5 PM PDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Winds may blow down tree branches and create sporadic
power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles.
