* WHERE…Armstrong, Carson, Collingsworth, Donley, Gray, Hartley,
Hutchinson, Moore, and Potter Counties.

* WHEN…Until noon CDT today.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
