Red Flag Warning issued March 19 at 3:29AM EDT until March 19 at 11:00PM EDT by NWS Morristown TN

* TIMING…Noon through 11 PM EDT Wednesday.

* WIND…South winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 55 mph will
spread north from the Georgia border around midday. Winds in
Johnson and Carter counties may not be quite as high, but
still expect gusts over 30 mph there.

* HUMIDITY…The lowest RH values will be from the Smokies
northward where values around 15 percent are expected. However,
even the mountain zones of Monroe and Polk county will see 20 to
25 percent Min RH as well. Expect a slow rise of RH through the
afternoon into the evening as southerly winds bring moisture
levels up slightly.

* IMPACTS…any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
