fuels will create an enhanced risk for wildfire ignition and
spread today…

The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 10 PM EDT
this evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.

* AFFECTED AREA…Tuscarawas, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton,
Harrison, Jefferson OH, Muskingum, Guernsey, Belmont, Noble
and Monroe counties.

* TIMING…Late Wednesday morning into Wednesday evening.

* WINDS…South 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…As low as 14 percent.

* TEMPERATURES…Up to 79.

* LIGHTNING…None.

* FUEL MOISTURE…Between 5 and 8 percent.

* IMPACTS…The combination of dry conditions, low humidity, and
gusty winds may result in favorable conditions for the rapid
spread of fires.
