Wind Advisory issued March 18 at 11:35PM CDT until March 19 at 6:00PM CDT by NWS Lubbock TX

* WHAT…For the High Wind Warning, west winds 35 to 40 mph with
gusts up to 60 mph. For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 25 to
35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.

* WHERE…The South Plains, extreme southern Texas Panhandle, and
portions of the Rolling Plains.

* WHEN…For the High Wind Warning, until 1 AM CDT Wednesday. For
the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured
objects and a few power outages may result.
