* WHERE…The South Plains, extreme southern Texas Panhandle, and
portions of the Rolling Plains.
* WHEN…For the High Wind Warning, until 1 AM CDT Wednesday. For
the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS…High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured
objects and a few power outages may result.
