* WHAT…North winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.

* WHERE…Portions of east central, south central, and southeast
Wisconsin.

* WHEN…From 7 PM this evening to 7 AM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…For a period, there will be some snow falling
with these strong winds. Blowing snow is to be expected, which may
cause further limited visibilities. This will result in hazardous
driving conditions.
