* WHAT…West to west-northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45
mph, locally higher.

* WHERE…All of eastern Oklahoma, west-central Arkansas, and far
northwest Arkansas.

* WHEN…Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down. Drivers of high profile vehicles should
be alert to sudden gusts.
