* WHAT…South winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts of 40 to 55 mph
expected.

* WHERE…Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.

* WHEN…From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Strongest winds are expected along the base
and slopes of the northern Blue Mountains. South to southeast
winds today will become southwest winds late evening into Thursday
morning.
