* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Strongest wind gusts will be localized over
the northern slopes of the Tug Hill Plateau and western
Adirondacks.
