and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph may produce areas of
blowing and drifting snow in open areas.

* WHERE…Waushara, Winnebago, Outagamie, Southern Oconto County,
and Waupaca Counties.

* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 1 AM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday evening commute.
