Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE…In Iowa, Osceola and Sioux Counties. In Minnesota, Jackson
County. In South Dakota, Union County.

* WHEN…Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday evening commute. Strong winds could
cause tree damage.
