…Elevated Weather Conditions Expected Today…

.Low relative humidity, breezy winds, and dry fuel will lead to
elevated fire weather conditions across Southeast Texas.

The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has issued a
Red Flag Warning for winds and low relative humidity, which is in
effect from 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM CDT this evening.

* WINDS…North 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…As low as 18 percent.

* TEMPERATURES…Up to 70.

* IMPACTS…Any wildfires that start could rapidly increase in
size and intensity, and move quickly.
