inches with up to 12 inches over high remote terrain. Winds
gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE…Elevations above 5000 feet in Western Siskiyou County.
This includes Etna Summit on Sawyers Bar Road.

* WHEN…Until 11 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
