043, 044, 045, 046, 047, 103, 112, 113, 121, 122, 123, 130,
137, 138, 140, 141, 203, 212, 213, 221, 222, 223, 230, 237,
238, 240, 241, 313, 340, and 341.

* TIMING…From 10 AM this morning to 7 PM CDT this evening.

* WIND…South and southwest winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts
of 30 to 40 mph or higher possible.

* HUMIDITY…Afternoon humidity levels as low as 15 to 20
percent.

* IMPACTS…Fires that develop could spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
