Carolina…

Tar River At Greenville affecting Pitt County.

For the Tar River…including Greenville…Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Tar River at Greenville.

* WHEN…Until late Monday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 13.0 feet, Minor flooding of low lying areas adjacent
to the river can be expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.9 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:00 AM EDT Saturday was 13.9 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.1
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
early Monday morning.
– Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2 Meteorological Summary: Warm and dry conditions can be expected to persist across the Sunshine State today as high pressure over the western Atlantic holds in place (near-zero chance of rain). The largest significant waves will be 4 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 5 feet. * WHERE...Outer Saginaw Bay SW of Alabaster to Port Austin MI to Inner Saginaw Bay and Inner Saginaw Bay SW of Point Au Gres to Bay Port MI. * WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 7 PM EDT Monday with the largest waves expected around 11 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
