Scotland, Hoke, and Cumberland.
* TIMING…From 11 AM this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* WINDS…From the west at 10 to 20 mph with gusts as high as 30
to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…As low as 15 to 20 percent.
* TEMPERATURES…Highs in the lower to mid 70s.
