* WHAT…For the Gale Warning, southwest winds 10 to 15 kt with
occasional gusts to around 35 kt, especially in and near
showers or sprinkles. For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest
winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE…Tidal Potomac from Key Bridge to Indian Head MD.

* WHEN…For the Gale Warning, until 5 PM EDT this afternoon.
For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to
midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels.
