Special Weather Statement issued March 22 at 12:33AM EDT by NWS Indianapolis IN

An area of rain showers will move into western Indiana around 1 am
and shift east…reaching the Indianapolis metro near or just
after 2 am. Westerly winds may gust up to 40 to 50 mph with
locally higher amounts for a brief period as the showers move
through. These winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs and power lines may be blown down as well.
