levels today across the counties along the Tennessee border.
However, a dry cold front will bring very gusty winds during the
afternoon. Although fuel moisture and relative humidity values
remain elevated over this area, rapid drying is likely to occur.
Therefore, fire danger will increase through the afternoon and an
outdoor burn ban remains in place.
