Special Weather Statement issued March 22 at 4:20AM EDT by NWS Jackson KY

The combination of drying fuels, southwesterly winds gusting to
between 15 and 25 mph, and relative humidity bottoming out in the
27 to 32 percent range will result in an increased risk of
wildfires through this evening. The strongest winds will generally
be near and west of Interstate 75 and also near and north of
Interstate 64, while the lowest humidities will be in the more
eastern and southern parts of the area.

Remember that Kentucky regulations make it illegal to burn
between the hours of 6 AM and 6 PM EDT within 150 feet of any
woodland or brushland during the Spring Forest Fire Hazard Season.
