* WHERE…Northern Cook and Lake County. This also includes the
Boundary Waters eastern and central area.

* WHEN…From 3 AM Sunday to 7 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday morning commute.
