* IMPACTS…Any fire that develops will catch and spread
quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* WIND…Northwest sustained winds from 20 to 30 mph gusting over
35 mph at times.
* HUMIDITY…Ranging from 20 to 30 percent.
