Special Weather Statement issued March 23 at 10:14AM EDT by NWS Morristown TN

Relative humidity values will drop into the 20 to 30 percent
range over much of the area this afternoon. In addition, southerly
winds between 10 to 20 mph gusting between 20 to 30 mph are
expected. These conditions will lead to an increased danger of
fire spread and growth.

Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities on whether
you may burn outdoors today.
