The combination of dry fuels, southerly winds gusting to between
15 and 25 mph, and relative humidity bottoming out in the 27 to 32
percent range will result in an increased risk of wildfires
through this evening. Showers moving into the area after sunset
will quickly ease this concern.
Remember that Kentucky regulations make it illegal to burn
between the hours of 6 AM and 6 PM EDT within 150 feet of any
woodland or brushland during the Spring Forest Fire Hazard Season.
