roads and some agricultural land occurs.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At midnight EDT Monday, the stage was 13.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Thursday morning and continue falling to 9.9 feet
Friday evening.
– Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
